This is another great Corporate Identity project from Roger Oddone and Alexandre Colin for Szuster, drawn straight from Roger’s website. Szuster is an Architecture and visual merchandising studio based out of Brazil. I specifically enjoy the custom type that was created for the project!

Coppergold

From a company with more than 200 years of history, La Farga Group, comes a brand new brand of jewelry called Coppergold. Coppergold’s vision is to create a new and innovative line of jewels with a new metal alloy made up of copper and gold. Now I’m not to familiar with jewelry, and nor do I take a keen interest in it, but I really enjoy that packaging system that was put together.

The packaging system takes a very similar vision in create something very unique and innovative. Designed by Zoo Studio, the packaging not only looks good, but also provides a lot of function. Whether it’s sitting on the shelf at home, or a cupboard at the store, the jewel can be seen through the transparent methacrylate. The packaging system also gives off a sense of sophistication while using a combination of cardboard and methacrylate, and adds another singularity as it is assembled with two flat rubber bands.

Sebastian Burgold Identity

This a great little identity package for young photographer, Sebastian Burgold, from Berlin Germany. Created by Rene Bieder, the ultimate goal was to create a “quiet” identity that didn’t focus on the name behind the camera, rather the photo’s he creates. I enjoy the simplicity of the logo mark and how it was created, and the way it really compliments the type, while not appearing on the same pieces of collateral. Check out more of the Identity System after the jump.

Serif fonts have never been a strength of mine, especially when trying to create an Identity using them. This project by Miklos Kiss, takes serifs to a whole new level and creates a crystal clear image of elegance with a taste of playfulness. Ali is a fashion / beauty photographer from Bahrain with a national identity, who’s only goal was to represent himself with a classic logotype with a bit of playfullness.

Heydays Stationary

Heydays is design studio that specializes in printed media, creative direction and graphic design. This is their very own stationary. Shiny chrome packaging is used as an interpretation of their name, while cardboard is used to the display function and everyday use. My favorite part project has to be the custom tape which elaborates the use of function.

Identity Package

“If the client does not have fun they will not play well.” That’s the philosophy at Play, a management consultancy for musicians, artists and sports personalities. This identity package done by Mission Design, is a great reflection of this. Going into the project, the goal was to develop a more playful tone and really emphasize an informal approach to management.

Birmingham Exhibition Graphics

Here is an awesome exhibition display from Hamish Makgill. Commissioned by Birmingham City Council and Standard 8, the exhibition identity and graphics were created to celebrate Birmingham’s 1886 exhibition of Local Manufacturers and Natural History. The goal was to bring the design up-to-do date while creating the best look for the material. The solution was to create a typeface based on the original hand-painted signs from the show.
